DIRECTOR'S MEETING

Meeting of the Directors of the Lynchburg Glass Corporation was held in the Directors Room of the Peoples National Bank at 11 A. M., July 12, 1924 with the following present:

N. D. Eller
J. William Gayner
C. M. Guggenheimer
J. D. Owen
C. L. Snidow
W. H. Loyd

Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.

Financial statement of the Corporation was read by the Secretary.

The President made a report of the Western Electric Company’s business and about closing the contract on their Pole Insulators (Mr. Snidow was called on phone and excused himself as he had an important business engagement to fill). The Western Electric contract was read in detail and the entire circumstances fully discussed.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
